You know I’m so happy my heart actually sings.

He records a cassette for her. These are still cassette days.> <>
She listens to it on the bus/ travelling in the tube/ she clips her toe nails / she makes a lamp shade with coloured paper;draws fishes on it,looks at it and smiles/bicycles about in the farmhouse, topples off balance, falls on her face/ bandaged chin, dances with a cigarette dangling in one hand in front of a half open window framed from outside/ she runs upto the terrace, climbs onto the water tank and lies on it,hidden from the world, the skies spread in front of her / She goes through her old photograph album-unsticks a childhood photo of herself-chubby and smily wearing little frock with little finger in mouth/ other montage situations depicting nascent love.> <>
The camera stays on her face as we see her on a U special type bus with the omnipresent walkman ,shy as the song shimmers in her head. She looks into cam ahead passively for some long seconds and then starts humming along with the crescendo, then smiles and turns around/We sharp cut to her reverse angle/Keya’s POV- Through heads, we see Jeeshu standing at the back of the bus in an late afternoon shaft –looking at her and smiling shyly. We stay on Keya as she turns and steadicams towards the door. The bus stops and she gets off . Jeeshu keeps looking through the back as the bus starts moving. We see Keya on the road looking at him through the back. She keeps getting distant as the bus moves on. Suddenly Jeeshu pushes through the crowd ,rushes towards the back door and literally jumps out. Camera staggers and then trollies towards keya who looks upon lovingly and crosses her arms with a mock harrumph.> <>
The song remains the same.
